Keep up to date with all the deadlines

Games are planned to start Friday 18 August 2017, so participants will need to travel Thursday evening. As a result of the variation in requirements, squad managers will need to book their own accommodation Thursday evening, if required. The Organising Committee will nevertheless provide assistance to NTAs, similar to the discount rates procured for JTC2016.

All games including finals will be completed by Sunday 20 August. Further details on timings will follow in subsequent briefs.

All accommodation and catering is on site. The onsite student accommodation has a total of 700 rooms, and all participants will board as single or twin share. All rooms include bathrooms and TV's.

A single package will be offered to all participants. In 2017, the single package will include full board (half board is not offered due to the lack of catering facilities in the area), 2 nights’ accommodation and all ground costs.

Bolt-on’s for squads may also be offered, including cultural tours or bus transfer direct from Dublin airport. The exact details will be announced in due course.

Participants are advised not to book accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights, as this will be done on your behalf to take advantage of preferred rates.

Parents and family are welcome to attend, and further details on accommodation options will be available. The Organising Committee will not be providing accommodation and catering for parents.
